League of Conservation Voters Scorecard for Colorado

Pandango: Not one Colorado Republican passed as being friendly to the environment, according to the League of Conservation Voters website, but what was really surprising was that Colorado Democrats are just as unfriendly.  Senator Michael Bennet 43%, Senator Mark Udall 57%,  Rep. Ed Perlmutter 60% and Rep. John Salazar 60% are all Democrats that failed miserably. The legislators were graded according to how they voted on conservation bills (bills that would either help or hurt the environment). If they voted in favor of bills that helped the environment they received points. If they voted in favor of bills that hurt the environment they received no points. A score is given from 0-100%. 0 is the worst score a legislator could make and 100 is the best. You can click on the name of the representative to see how they voted on conservation bills in your state. If you don't know who your legislator is click here.

Many of these government officials should be forever remembered as those who continued to support harmful policies that warm our planet and destroy our natural resources. Most of these members are the Pro-Life "In God We Trust" group. They pass legislation that helps to destroy our planet, while trying to convince us that "life is sacred".
